The Landon Awards is an annual award show that recognizes children with unique abilities and their parents. LANDON stands for Loving A New Direction Of Normal. The Award Show is named after Landon Dunson, a young man diagnosed with cerebral palsy, hypotonia, and autism. The award show aims to acknowledge the MVPs of people with unique abilities.
About Landon
From the lands of Jonesboro, Georgia, emerged a young hero, Landon Denali Demetrious Dunson, on the second day of August in 2005. As the youngest of six, he radiates boundless charm and endears himself to all who cross his path. However, his path has been one of challenge, as he has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, hypotonia, and autism. Despite these obstacles, his family cherishes him as a precious treasure, and his story has woven the fabric of history, inspiring a bill to safeguard students with unique abilities, for he is a name that echoes with power.
